FRCR Part 1 · Beta

FRCR Part 1, in the exam’s own format.

Physics as it is set: 40 questions, five true/false statements each, two hours. Practise topic by topic, then sit full timed papers that everyone takes the same way.

Free while in beta. No card needed.

Built to the published blueprint

Every mock follows the official topic split, from 3 Matter & Radiation questions to 6 on Ultrasound. Molecular imaging stays out, as it does in the exam.

UK law, not a generic syllabus

Radiation Safety answers follow IRR17 and IR(ME)R 2017, the regulations you are examined on.

An explanation for every statement

Each of the five statements has its own explanation and a source, so a wrong answer teaches you the fact you missed.

Exam-day tools, without the clutter

  • A wall-clock timer

It turns amber at 15 minutes and red at 5. If you close the tab, the clock keeps running, just as it would in the exam.

  • Flag and jump

A strip of all 40 questions shows which are answered and which are flagged.

  • Background tint

Cream, blue, green or rose, for anyone who finds white glare tiring.

  • Keyboard shortcuts

Use 1 to 5 to pick a statement, T or F to answer, and the arrow keys to move between questions.

Questions

What does an FRCR Part 1 physics paper look like here?

Forty questions, each a stem with five true/false statements, in two hours. That makes 200 statements a paper, and every mock follows the official topic split.

How is a paper scored?

One mark for each statement you get right and no negative marking, so a paper is out of 200. Your first attempt at each mock is ranked on its leaderboard; retakes count as practice.

Is it really free?

Yes, while the beta runs. You sign up with an email address and no card.

What happens when the beta ends?

Physics and Anatomy become one Part 1 bundle: £39 for 3 months or £59 for 6 months (₹3,499 or ₹5,499 in India). Without a plan you can still answer 20 physics questions every 48 hours.

Is Anatomy included?

Not yet. Anatomy is coming next: 100 arrowed images in 90 minutes, with typed answers and full windowing tools.

Do the answers follow UK regulations?

Yes. Radiation Safety answers follow IRR17 and IR(ME)R 2017, and the explanation for each statement cites its source.

Does an existing RadioQBank subscription include FRCR?

No. FRCR access is separate from the other RadioQBank plans, and switching question banks from the sidebar leaves both subscriptions as they are.
