Frequently asked questions
What is RadioQBank?
A radiology question bank for NEET-SS and INI-SS preparation with 3,000+ published MCQs across ten subspecialties, each with a referenced explanation and exam pearl. It is built and edited by Dr. Bharath Korrapati (MD Radiodiagnosis, AIIMS Bhubaneswar) — see the About page for the editorial policy.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free access requires only a basic registration with no payment details.
How many free questions can I access?
The free tier currently allows 20 practice questions per 48 hours, drawn from the full bank, plus the openly published sample MCQs on the free-radiology-mcqs pages. It exists so you can genuinely judge question quality before paying.
What does a subscription cost?
Plans range from ₹1,999 for one month to ₹11,999 for a year (₹4,999 for 3 months, ₹7,999 for 6 months). All paid plans unlock the same full platform — the only difference is duration. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Are the questions and explanations sourced?
Yes — every explanation cites its source (Grainger & Allison 7th ed, Osborn’s Brain 3rd ed, ACR Appropriateness Criteria, or primary journal literature), and the citation is displayed with the question. The site has a zero-fabrication editorial policy described on the About page.
Are image-based questions included?
Yes. Image-based MCQs covering CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound findings are integrated throughout the bank, reflecting the image-heavy framing of INI-SS in particular.
Can I attempt both NEET-SS and INI-SS?
Yes, and most eligible candidates should — they are separate exams (NBEMS and AIIMS New Delhi respectively) with non-overlapping seat pools and separate counselling. See the NEET-SS vs INI-SS comparison guide for verified dates and format differences.
Is RadioQBank useful for DNB radiology and DM-IR aspirants?
Yes. The bank deliberately carries a deep interventional radiology section (about a third of all questions) for DM-IR aspirants, and the diagnostic core serves DrNB/DNB super-specialty preparation the same way it serves NEET-SS.
How current are the cutoff and seat numbers in the guides?
Every figure is labelled with its exam cycle and official source, and each guide shows a visible "Last verified" date tied to its structured-data dateModified field. The cutoffs page is refreshed after each NBEMS notification and MCC counselling cycle; where 2026-cycle data is not yet released, the page says so instead of guessing.
Can I review my mock test answers afterward?
Yes. Full post-test review with explanations for every question is available immediately after submission, along with per-subspecialty analytics.
Can RadioQBank replace textbooks?
No — and it does not try to. Use Grainger & Allison and Osborn for depth; use RadioQBank for recall, discrimination between close differentials, and test readiness under real timing and negative marking.
How do I report an error in a question?
Email support@radiologyqbank.com with the question ID or page link. Verified corrections are prioritised over new content — the fastest way to make the bank better is to challenge it.
